Yulia
Director
Qualified Professional Trainer and Experienced Tango Instructor
Glenn began dancing tango in 2011 in Canberra, where he was fortunate to learn with both Kmotion Dance Studio and Tengo Tango. He was quickly captivated by the art form, and over the past 15 years, his understanding of tango has deepened through ongoing lessons with some of Australia’s finest teachers, as well as workshops and seminars with international maestros during their visits to Australia and his own travels to Argentina.

In 2018, Glenn combined his love of tango with his professional expertise as an instructor and trainer, joining the teaching team at Kmotion. Since then, his passion for sharing the joy and complexities of tango has continued to grow. He sees tango as an unspoken conversation between two people — a question and an answer — reliant entirely on the connection created through the embrace.

Director
Tango Instructor
Yulia’s journey into dance began with a foundation in athletics and ballet during her youth, followed by explorations in Latin styles. With degrees in engineering and economics, she brings both analytical precision and artistic sensitivity to everything she pursues. Yet it was in 2013 when she discovered the art form that truly resonated with her soul — Argentine Tango.
For Yulia, tango is far more than a dance. It’s a profound expression of human connection, resilience, and joy. She believes in tango’s unique power to uplift the spirit, even in life’s most challenging moments. Through years of study with exceptional teachers and immersion in tango communities around the world, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the dance, and is delighted to share that passion with others through dancing and teaching.
